Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the August 18 meeting were reviewed.  Mike LaBonte noted an error, the date
that email balloting for IBISCHK7.0.2 approval would conclude was omitted (Aug 21).
Randy Wolff moved to approve with corrections as noted.  Bob Ross seconded. Without
objection the minutes were approved.


ARs:
- Mike LaBonte to ask webmaster to change NEW banner to have "ibischk7.0.2"
  - Done
- Mike LaBonte to update IBISCHK7.0.2 user guide
  - No progress yet.

New parser bugs:
Bob Ross reported there were no new bug reports.


IBISCHK 7.0.2 development:
Bob Ross sent the invoice and contract to SAE ITC.  Randy Wolff asked what changes
were needed for the user guide.  Mike LaBonte showed the ibischk7.0.1 user guide,
and gave an overview of the update process.
